Organisatorische Hinweis für Referierende
Jedes Forum im Parallelprogramm wird moderiert und zusätzlich durch eine technische Assistenz begleitet. In jedem Raum steht ein Laptop zur Verfügung, über den Ihre Präsentation abgespielt werden kann.
Bitte bringen Sie Ihre Präsentation auf einem Stick mit. Gern können Sie aber auch Ihren eigenen Laptop nutzen.
Bitte seien Sie rechtzeitig mindestens 5 Minuten vor Start Ihres Forums im Raum, damit Ihre Präsentation vor dem Start des Forums eingerichtet werden kann und etwaige technische Probleme rechtzeitig behoben werden können.

Are Schools Innovative? Understanding Innovation in Context and the Case of Charter Schools in the United States
Prof. Dr. Ellen Goldring is Patricia and Rodes Hart Chair, Professor of Education and Leadership in the Department of Leadership, Policy and Organizations, Peabody College, Vanderbilt University, USA. Her research interests focus on the intersection of education policy and school improvement with particular emphases on education leadership. A fellow of the American Educational Research Association and Past Vice-President of AERA’s Division L-Policy and Politics, her research examines leadership practice, and the implementation and effects of interventions such as professional development, coaching, and performance feedback. She is the recipient of the Roald F. Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award from the University Council of Educational Administration. She is the editor in chief of the American Educational Research Journal.

Univ.Prof. Dr. Michael Meyer ist Professor für Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der WU Wien. Er leitet dort das Department Management, das Institut für Nonprofit-Management und das Kompetenzzentrum für Social Entrepreneurship und NPOs. Sein Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind in den Bereichen Nonprofit Governance, urbane Zivilgesellschaft, Professionalisierung und Managerialisierung von NPOs sowie ganz allgemein in Organisationstheorie und Organizational Behaviour.
